EMPIRE

Mrs. Hightower has been teaching at Empire since 2008. During her time here she has taught 8th through 12th English, yearbook and current events. The 2004 graduate of Oklahoma State University also has her Master's Degree in Secondary Education. 

Mrs. Hightower enjoys being at Empire. One of here fondest memories here is her first time directing the Junior play. She felt such pride in their hard work and over the years she has been encouraged by the closeness of the Empire community. She says the people of Empire are always there for one another. Mrs. Hightower also enjoys spending time with her best friends, Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Skiles.

Fun fact about Mrs. Hightower, Justin Timberlake... yes, THE Justin Timberlake, saw her do a full barrel roll as she chased his SUV leaving the O2 stadium in London, England. Don't think many people can make that statement.
