Parents, Empire Schools will continue to have virtual Fridays throughout March 26th (with the exception of Friday, Feb. 12th, that day is off for everyone). At that time, our calendar has Friday\'s with no school (you can view our school calendar on our website, empireschools.org). Teachers will be communicating with students and parents on those virtual Fridays for assignments that will be due. Thank you for your understanding.
Empire home football and basketball games are now streaming on nfhsnetwork.com. To watch the games you must have a subscription to nfhsnetwork. The cost is $11.00 per month or $70.00 for an annual pass(NOT CHARGED BY EMPIRE ATHLETICS, BUT NFHS). This subscription allows you to watch any games broadcast on the network, not just Empire games. We will also be set up to stream our home basketball games once the season begins. Streaming games will include high school and jr. high schedules. Away games will not be controlled by Empire. To subscribe, go to nfhsnetwork.com and click subscribe.
Parents: in order to promote social distancing, we are asking that, if possible, please bring your child to and from school to save room on buses. Our buses will run normal routes for those that can't bring kids to school, however, we are requiring all bus riders to wear a mask to and from school.
Please see our athletics page for important information regarding added precautions for our athletic events!

The health department has asked us to provide some information regarding phone calls they are making when students are quarantined. The calls will not be coming from the local health departments. Calls may be coming from (405) area code or from Ardmore phone numbers, if you do not feel comfortable answering calls from unknown numbers, please make sure you have voicemail set up and they will leave a message. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we work with the health department to ensure we are following state guidelines.
Please check under the parent information tab regarding Governor's Stitt's new policy on mask and quarantining in schools.
